We are a mom and four sisters who have always cherished gathering and entertaining—it’s a passion that never fades. Planning our next party or event is where our creativity thrives, and now we want to share our expertise, joy, and enthusiasm with you! With the help of our dad, brother, husband and family we transformed a once-forgotten piece of land into The Wild Oak—a family-run labor of love.
Spanning 1.6 acres, The Wild Oak features intimate landscaping and an authentically beautiful venue. Rooted in history, the space was thoughtfully repurposed from a historic apple orchard warehouse on Gillman Lane, a charming country road. This land, originally purchased by James Henry Gillman in the late 19th century, has been cultivated for generations. Planting our own roots alongside this centurion farm became the heart of our journey as The Wild Oak came to life.
Our venue seamlessly blends natural beauty with timeless elegance. The European-inspired ballroom features 19-foot ceilings and old cellar doors, creating a harmonious setting where modern design meets rustic charm. It’s a picturesque backdrop for weddings, corporate events, family gatherings, and content creators seeking a touch of magic.
